If we have used your work without permission
Tell us and we will act. Most cases are resolved the same day, and you do not need a lawyer to write to us.
Email moekseaklong@gmail.com with:
- The address of the page on our site
- A description of the work, and where it was originally published
- Confirmation that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner
- Your name and contact details
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use was not authorised
- A statement that the information is accurate
What happens next
- We acknowledge within two working days
- Material that is clearly infringing is removed immediately, usually within 24 hours
- We tell you what we did
Counter-notice
If we remove something of yours and you believe that was wrong, write to the same address with the details and your reasoning, and we will review it.
Repeat infringement
Where a contributor repeatedly publishes infringing material, their access is withdrawn.
