🐾💔 Many of you have been asking the same question: Why did Teddy come to the hospital?
First, we want to thank everyone for the love, support, and kind messages you’ve been sending. It means so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has been thinking about Teddy.
Over the last few days, we noticed that Teddy wasn’t acting like his usual happy and energetic self. He seemed more tired than normal, spent more time resting, and wasn’t as interested in some of his favorite activities.
At first, we thought he might simply need a little extra rest. Just like people, dogs can have days when they aren’t feeling their best. But when those changes continued, we knew it was time to take a closer look.
That’s why we decided to bring Teddy to the hospital.
As pet owners, one of the hardest things is realizing that something might be wrong. You begin paying attention to every little detail. You notice changes in behavior, eating habits, energy levels, and daily routines.
When you love your dog as much as we love Teddy, you don’t take chances.
The trip to the hospital wasn’t easy emotionally. Even though we knew we were doing the right thing, it’s always stressful when your best friend isn’t feeling well. Sitting in the waiting room, watching the veterinary team perform examinations, and waiting for updates can feel overwhelming.
But through it all, Teddy remained incredibly brave.
He stayed calm, trusted the people around him, and continued showing that sweet personality that everyone loves so much. Even during an unfamiliar and sometimes uncomfortable experience, he still found ways to make us smile.
The hospital visit allowed the veterinary team to evaluate his condition and make sure he received the care he needed. Sometimes, a hospital visit is simply the best way to understand what’s happening and create a plan for recovery.
Right now, our focus is on making sure Teddy gets plenty of rest and continues receiving all the care and attention he deserves.
We’re taking everything one day at a time.
Some moments are easier than others, but we’re choosing to stay hopeful. Every little sign of improvement gives us something to celebrate, and every tail wag reminds us that Teddy is still the same loving companion we’ve always known.

Teddy may not understand every word that’s being said, but he absolutely understands love.
And thanks to all of you, he’s surrounded by plenty of it.
